Introducing the LIPA Nutritive Line
At Doglyness, were are constantly innovating and finding new ways to serve our community with products that support the health and well-being of dogs and the planet. Just like humans, each dog has unique needs when it comes to their skin and coat. There is no one-size-fits-all solution for all pets, so it's essential that we use products tailored to each dog's unique needs. If you're a dog groomer, you've likely experienced the entire spectrum, from dogs with oily skin and coats to those that are so dry it's leading to breakage and hair loss. And as a dog owner, your dog will fit into its own individual category.
One of the most common questions those in our community ask us is, "How do we repair severely damaged coats?" And it inspired us to start developing a product that could transform broken coats and support regrowth. And that is how the LIPA Nutritive Line was born. We are very excited to introduce our newest line and tell you more about what you can expect from this incredible dog shampoo and conditioner.
The newest addition to the Doglyness lineup transforms damaged coats.
What is the LIPA Nutritive Line?
The LIPA Nutritive Line is our most concentrated line so far and the most nourishing natural fix for damaged and very broken coats. The LIPA Nutritive Shampoo cleanses gently without putting extra stress on the coat while still effectively removing dirt and buildup. The natural plant extracts we've chosen for this shampoo helps to soothe and protect both the skin and coat to relieve irritation and infuse the coat with repairing hydration. But we want to go one step further with this line. So, we've developed a formula that also balances the skin's pH and helps reduce inflammation to leave both the coat and skin profoundly repaired.
The LIPA Nutritive Conditioner helps to support the shampoo by injecting deep nutrition into the coat, from root to tip. The nourishing and stimulating plant extracts we've infused into our conditioner help promote vitality, restore moisture and stimulate hair regrowth. Like all Doglyness products, the LIPA Nutritive Line is certified organic and vegan by Ecogea Institute. This trusted third party verifies the quality and innovation of natural and organic products.
"If you ask me how the coat feels after LIPA, it's more silky smooth. You can feel it is softer and more rich, holding more moisture but without feeling heavy. It dries super fast, and I would even use it on healthy coats occasionally to give the coat and skin what it needs"
What is the LIPA Nutritive Line suited for?
The LIPA Nutritive line is for dogs who are prone to dehydrated hair that experience lots of hair loss and breakage. Some breeds are more prone to dryness and breakage than others, such as Collies and Sheepdogs. But a damaged coat isn't necessarily breed-related. If you notice a lot of dryness and breakage in the coat, it could be for a string of reasons, including allergies, nutrient deficiencies or health conditions. And for dogs that fit into any of these categories, the Lipa Nutritive line is the answer.
What is super special about the whole line is that it can be used on the most sensitive dogs, such as dogs with skin issues, itchy skin, allergies, and even on dogs and humans with eczema. It works like a magic elixir for all of the above! Think of it as a highest quality, certified organic and plant-based repairing treatment.
What ingredients are used in the LIPA shampoo and conditioner?
The key ingredients in our LIPA dog shampoo.
We've sourced some fantastic new organic ingredients for our new line. The primary goal of this line was to go beyond cleansing and moisturizing and use ingredients that deeply repair the coat. For this, we've drawn on the healing abilities of some of nature's most powerful plants. In the shampoo, we've used Tilia Tomentosa Bud Extract, more commonly recognized as Linden Flower. Linden has been used for centuries to soothe nerves, but it also has soothing properties for the skin and coat. This is the foundation for this line as it provides powerful antioxidant protection and slows down the skins aging process. It also has water binding properties that helps to lock in moisture and make the skin soft and supple. Linden flower is a natural astringent, balancing the skin's natural sebum production, tightening and clearing the pores and firming the skin. We've also included Chamomile Flower to balance pH levels and Cetraria Islandica Flower, a form of Icelandic moss, to cleanse and protect. In the conditioner, the primary ingredient of Macadamia Seed Oil promotes vitality, with a high protein content that helps repair the damage done to the proteins that make up your dog's coat. It also soothes and calms irritated, itchy skin (and scalps too!) Goji berries are a powerful antioxidant, and Panax Ginseng Root Extract is an anti-inflammatory that prevents hair loss. All these ingredients work harmoniously to create effective formulas that will transform your dog's coat from dry, damaged and broken to smooth, healthy and soothed.

How does the Lipa Nutritive line differ from the Immortelle and Oats lines?
If you're trying to choose which of our three product lines is best suited to your dogs' specific needs, then it's important to identify how these lines differ from one another. So, what is it that sets the Lipa line apart?
Our Immortelle line focuses on strengthening and rejuvenating the coat. It's a great cleanser and works well on all types of dogs, with a focus on slowing ageing and strengthening the hair that's already there. It helps to brighten dull hair and smooth out frizz. In short, Immortelle is for dogs who don't have severely damaged coats but whose coats could use a bit of extra shine and smoothness. But if your dog already has a severely damaged coat, then you need something that goes deeper. And that is where the Lipa Nutritive Shampoo and Conditioner comes in. Lipa is more focused on deeply repairing damaged coats, balancing pH and helping to stimulate new regrowth.
But what about the Oats Calming line? The Oats line differs from the Lipa line in that it's been created for dogs with highly sensitive skin, like puppies, elderly dogs or those highly prone to skin irritation. If your dog has frequent allergic reactions, broken or cracked skin or hot spots, the Oats Calming line is best suited for them to help soothe and protect the skin.
Our LIPA line nourishes, soothes and protects.
