All Doglyness products are securely shipped from Germany using tracked methods. We offer premium delivery with DHL or FedEx Express to countries worldwide where they deliver goods.
Important Notes
- Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes; we kindly ask you to provide a physical address with email and phone number.
- Doglyness does not offer package rerouting, pick-ups, or refunds on items that have been shipped to hotels or other temporary locations.
- Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed.
- Please note that import duties for countries outside the EU are not included.
- Doglyness only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day.
